Do you have a return/refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What is your shipping policy?
At EBV, we offer FREE DELIVERY across Ghana. We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery right to your doorstep. We deliver within five(5) working days.
In addition to the option of delivering to the doorstep of our customers, one can pick up their orders at no additional cost at any EMS Office across the country.
Shipping Outside Ghana
We also deliver to foreign countries by EMS.
NB: International shipping are at a cost.
Do I pay any amount during delivery?
No! DELIVERY IS FREE!
However, if the delivery agent or dispatch rider is unable to locate you then you will be called to pick up your package at the nearest EMS Office.
What does 'Unable to conclude transaction' mean?
This error means there was a brief downtime as at when the transaction was attempted.
What does 'Unable to process transaction' mean?
This means that the customer has either used multiple cards to attempt the transaction in a short period of time, or their transaction attempts have failed multiple times in a short period of time and their card has been hotlisted by our fraud prevention system.
